I am thankful for God's daily presence in my life. For leading, and guiding me every day and for carrying me on His Shoulder when all I can see in front of me is complete darkness. I am thankful for waking up every day and feel that I still have the breath of life. For whispering in my ears every second that I was made by the creator of the Universe, the one who is above everything and have total control of things on earth and in heaven. I am thankful for my family, my friends, the leadership and the congregation of my church. I am so thankful for living in a great country where christian have the freedom to worship God anytime and anywhere.
I thank God for sights that are beautiful to my eyes, for sounds that are music to my ears, for scents that are pleasing to my nose, for tastes and textures that make my taste buds sing, for heat on cold, cold days, for coolness on hot days, ...I thank God for life, for health, for family and friends, for freedom to worship Him. But MOST OF ALL... I thank Him for selecting ME to be one of His own... I thank Him for the love that He gives that I can't even comprehend.. I thank Him for THE MOST extravagant act of love EVER... I thank Him for becoming one of us, I thank Him for the patience He gives as I slowly become the creation He wants me to be, I thank Him for never giving up on me...even though I sometimes feel like giving up... I thank Him for including me, somehow, someway in His master plan...
I could spend all day thanking our God. He is GOOD... ALL THE TIME!
Happy Thanksgiving Family! There are way too many things to thank God for in one single prayer, so I do my best to talk to Him throughout each week to let Him know I'm not forgetting His blessings. On this beautiful Thursday afternoon, I will just say I'm thankful for all of you at BCC that have helped me become a more involved member of the body and have made me feel comfortable in the congregation. Lord Jesus, thanks for my friends, family, wonderful fiance, and most of all for your sacrifice for me and everyone as well.
Been a while since there was activity on the blog. Spent last night and this evening getting info on the floods and mudslides in Pakistan and China. I'm astonished to see an estimate of 13.5 million affect. Our Katrina killed @1,300; the Haiti earthquake 230,000. This is big. I've seen UNICEF and Save The Children are mobilized and was wondering if our Church might have a Christian Organization to recommend for donations.
"Is there anything you are thankful for?" How merciful God is with his children, the lost and the saved, as we stubbornly and ignorantly cling to worldly comforts, distractions and all the entitlement thinking. God's grace is so very luxurious in my life...and how often I complain or just like a immature snot, neglect to praise him. Wow...is He good to me. Climbed up the cross for me, none the less. Humbling.

I'm thankful for our Loving and Gracious God, who cares for each and everyone of us every day. He is a loving and forgiving God.
I'm also very thankful for all my friends, family, and my health, which are gracious gifts from my wonderful Savior.
