BCC Prayer Wall

Would you like us to pray for you? a family member, a friend or someone you know? use our Prayer Wall to post your prayer requests.

14Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. 15And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. 16Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective. James 5:14-16

A prayer wall is always helpful, as long as internet users are able to log on once in a while. I would prefer the reminders in the weekly bulletin, but if something comes up during the week, it's a good way to post and let all readers know what's going on.
I probably would be able to log on twice a week on average.

Hi Patrick

I agree with you - I believe the original idea is to keep the Prayer list in the bulletin the way it is. The blog will give us a much wider range to connect to people through prayers not only in our congregation but all around the world. Also it will be cool to hear testimony from other people and how God has answered their prayers. Thanks again for your commitment to log at least twice a week.

Please keep my friend's (Cher) brother in your prayers. He is in a hostile military zone right now with missles being shot all around him as we speak. He is scheduled to come home in November. Please pray that he is brought home safely to his family and friends.

Hi Brenda, our prayers and thoughts will be with your friend. And we will continue to pray that the Lord will bring him back home safely.

Please keep the Pittsburgh Against Hunger in Haiti program in your prayers. It's going to be held on Saturday, November 8th in Pittsburg, PA and a group of people from BCC will be traveling to Pittsburgh. So far, we have 38 people who express the desire to go and help.
