Did you attend the Talent Show on Saturday, January 19th, 2008? Overall What do you think about the Talent Show? Do you think we need to do it annually?

I attended the Talent Show and thought that it was fabulous!! There are so many people @ BCC that have talents. There are the "theatrical talents", the "crafting talents" and then there are the talents that can't be put on a stage or table. Meaning, people that love and care for our children, then there are those who are so strong in their faith that they are able to minister to people (even when we don't know we need it). I enjoyed the event tremendously, as did my sons. I was a little concerned about participating in the show and not having a sitter for my boys. Thankfully two wonderful women and one of their husbands were gracious enough to help me out. I know that there are plans in the process of being worked out to allow for parents of small children ( 4 and under) to work together to allow for the little ones to be looked after while still enjoying the family events that BCC offers. I think that this should be an annual event (or even twice a year). It was such fun, and EVERYONE'S talents were amazing.
I would love to help out with next year's show in any capacity that I am needed.
I thank God every day for the abilities (and faults) that I have been blessed with. For He is the one that gave us these gifts and He should always be celebrated.
